Small sigh, but her attention is not distracted enough to look away from him. "Seti would. Eager and impatient, and chafing." Her fingers on his face smoothed, caressed easily. "You have talked to him?"
If it were anybody else making that offer, she would easily delay, put off. The life of Ellen Anscombe... it brought something, some awareness that people of this age would not trust a god (or goddess) to give them. It wasn't empty or discontent. But it was Heru. And she wavered, torn between what she wanted. The only impatience caused by the prospect of being held in his arms again. But then... it was quite a good reason. So she asked questions.
